[Spacewalk-list] Problems when registering clients

I'm having this issue also on a 1.7 postgres install.

I see this in /var/log/rhn/rhn_server_xmlrpc.log:
server/rhnVirtualization.guest_registered('ERROR', 'Error adding
entitlement provisioning_entitled: (20287, \'ERROR: -20287 :
(invalid_entitlement) - The server can not be entitled to the specified
level\\nCONTEXT: SQL statement "SELECT rhn_exception.raise_exception
(\\\'invalid_entitlement\\\')"\\nPL/pgSQL function "entitle_server" line 49
at PERFORM\\n\'...

I ran into this before and found threads stating monitoring breaks postgres
installs and rebuilt my setup without monitoring enabled. All was good for
a while, but I'm stuck at this bug again. All the machines DNS are
correct, can communicate with each other, etc. What else can I check?
