[Spacewalk-list] spacewalk eats up all connections to postgres

I second this. same fixes (except tcp_keepalive_time, never touched it)

I changed over the postgresql jdbc jar today (in addition to the referenced
patch) and so far my monitoring hasn't alerted me to any idle in
transaction situations...

The key test will be tonight when the nightly diffs run (and leaving it
over the weekend).... fingers crossed!
