[Spacewalk-list] Software Channel Lifecycle Management Script

Hi everyone,
I recently added a script to Spacewalk that some might find useful
based on previous mailing list discussions (spacewalk-list and
rhn-satellite-users).  It is a script to move software channels
through a defined set of "phases" for lifecycle management.  It
doesn't do anything revolutionary that you couldn't script yourself
with the API, but it is a nice interface to perform these operations
that I'm sure we all do.

I've been using variations of this script for many clients over the
past few years and a former colleague asked me to put it out there
under under the GPL, so here it is.  Enhancements and bug fixes are
definitely welcome.
