[Spacewalk-list] 404 errors installing new packages or updates

Greetings,

New to spacewalk, having some issues with my spacewalk 1.7 install.

>From event history for a system:

Client execution returned "Error while executing packages action:
Error Downloading Packages: 32:bind-libs-9.7.3-8.P3.el6_2.2.x86_64:
failed to retrieve getPackage/bind-libs-9.7.3-8.P3.el6_2.2.x86_64.rpm
from centos6-x86_64-updates error was [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 -
"The requested URL returned error: 404"
32:bind-utils-9.7.3-8.P3.el6_2.2.x86_64: failed to retrieve
getPackage/bind-utils-9.7.3-8.P3.el6_2.2.x86_64.rpm from
centos6-x86_64-updates error was [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The
requested URL returned error: 404" [[6]]" (code -1)''

I've ran spacewalk-data-fsck and it looks like these files exist on
the spacewalk system.  What are my next steps in troubleshooting this?
