To avoid the duplication of packages it's recommended to run 'hardlinks' on your satellite directory and mrepo directory (assuming they are all on the same filesystem).  This will cut down your duplicate file usage.

Spacewalk can't sync directly to RHN, as far as I know, only RHN Satellite can do that.
