[Spacewalk-list] install basic pkgs without going internet

You look at the messages that yum or rpm gave you, you investigate
what exactly is missing, and you remedy the issue. Again, this has
nothing to do with Spacewalk -- you'd have exactly the same situation
with any other package set.
