PS: uname -a still gives me "x86_64" like it should do... Where does
rhn_check get the wrong information from?

Subject: "Architecture" problem with SL 6.3

Hi,

I recently upgraded two machines from Scientific Linux 6.2 to 6.3 via
Spacewalk. Worked fine, but now the clients don't get access to their
software channels any more. Running rhn_check gives me the following error
message:

----
An error has occurred:

Error Message:
Your account does not have access to any channels matching
(release='6.3', arch='x86_64-redhat-linux')
Error Class Code: 19
Error Class Info: Architecture and OS version combination is not supported.
Explanation:
An error has occurred while processing your request. If this problem
persists please enter a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.

details of what you were trying to do when this error occurred and
details on how to reproduce this problem.

I'm a little confused about the architecture, because this should in my
opinion still be set to "x86_64". Is this special to management with
Spacewalk or is this a general bug in SL 6.3?

Andreas
