[Spacewalk-list] Errata is cloning instead of merging

Hello,
I am having an issue with cloning EPEL errata from Dev -> Test -> Prod channels.  For example, in my Prod channel I select the action Merge w/CL-FEDORA-EPEL-2011-0073.  When the process is done, I end up with a CM-FEDORA-EPEL-2011-0073 errata in the channel.  Anyone have any ideas as to what could cause this?
