[Spacewalk-list] Sync doesn't work on WebUI, but it works directly on terminal

Hi,

I've been working on other issues, that's why I wasn't able to try to
solve this trouble before.

After investigating, I realized the problem occurs because my system's
environment variable http_proxy, although it was in my profiles, didn't
work when the spacewalk-repo-sync has started from WebUI. The same
occurred when I tried to schedule this task. That explains why it worked
on terminal. Perhaps be trivial, but, sometimes, we can forget or simply
unknow this. 

Here, I solved this issue adding the ip address and port of my proxy in
/etc/rhn/rhn.conf (line below). There's a similar topic at
