Thank you for the nudge in the right direction. I don't know why I didn't
try to isolate it that way to begin with. You're 100% correct; there was an
unhappy snippet. Once isolated and removed from the post file the kickstart
compiled properly. I blew away, resync'd cobbler (found an error about
missing syslinux package... not sure why that didn't install as part of the
spacewalk install if it's a requirement), re-added the snippet, and we're
good to go.
