Hello

I believe you had realized some steps, btw check bellow:

- add jpackage repo
- add epel repo
- execute the command "yum install spacewalk-setup-postgresql"

Just now you will execute the commands

- yum install spacewalk-postgresql
- spacewalk-setup --disconnected

How are your selinux configuration ?! permissive or enforcing ?! my
recommendation is change to permissive and after, if necessary change to
enforce and check the context of files.

About logs, check too in /var/log/rhn/*

Take Care
