[Spacewalk-list] Error while subscribing system to additional child channels

Good evening,

I am currently running spacewalk from the nightly builds. Since last update I've got this strange error when I try to add extra child channels to a system.

The httpd errorlog shows

Is there a fix or a workaround for this?
