Your repo is to 32bits (http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/updates/i386/),
I'm not sure about your channel, maybe you had defined as 64bits, it this
case will not appear in the list.

About your description, "OEL5 x86 channel" is the same as "CentOS5 x86
Channel" ?!, I believe yes.

Let me know if your problem is the arch.
