[Spacewalk-list] Unable to startup osa-dispatcher with 'Can't locate Config/IniFiles.pm in @INC' message

I'm trying to upgrade my spacewalk to version 2.1.After finish the upgrade, I cannot login to the web interface.I have try to restart the spacewalk, but I receive below error message when starting osa-dispatcher

Is there any rpm I missing to install? thanks.
