You'll also possibly need to install the redhat/centos/scientific
linux/oracle linux or whatever EL6 distribution key you're using as well as
the spacewalk one (I had to when faced with the same error!).

You *may* find these keys in /etc/pki/rpm-gpg or online.
I always do the below on newly provisioned boxes:

[root at server] cd /etc/pki/rpm-gpg
[root at serverrpm-gpg]# ll
total 40
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1011 Oct 16 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1649 Nov 5 2012 RPM-GPG-KEY-EPEL-6
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1519 Oct 16 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1076 Oct 16 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3140 Apr 28 09:48 RPM-GPG-KEY-foreman
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5567 Aug 22 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-nightly-puppetlabs
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1011 Oct 16 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-oracle
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1427 May 14 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-OS-spacewalk
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1716 Aug 22 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-puppetlabs

[root at server rpm-gpg]# rpm --import RPM*
