[Spacewalk-list] systemid not getting created

I have a RHEL 7 kickstart profile set up and for some reason all of a sudden, the kickstart is breaking.  I did some digging and it turns out /etc/sysconfig/rhn/systemid is not getting created anymore.

Does anyone have any idea why that would break?  I upgraded to 2.4 about a week ago and have successfully kickstarted after that.  What could be causing a system to not get systemid file created?
