[Spacewalk-list] Changing Parent Channel

Unless I have i wrong, everytime you run the rhnreg_ks command, it will 
create a new entry. I dont think this is the right command to change 
parent channels. I personally would use the spacecmd command or the API. 
Unless I am misunderstanding your purpose.
