Hi Steven,
thanks, now it works!
I downloaded the whole DVD of CentOS 6.7, mounted it under /var/distro-tree/centos6 (in my case) and the installation runs without errors. Great!
So, it seems, I have to keep an eye on the minor releases of CentOS in the future. Automatic Spacewalk channel sync is not enough ...
Best Regards

As you recently removed older packages from previous 6.x versions the kernel/initrd and files are incorrect for 6.7 and cannot find these versions.
Try downloading the correct kernel/initrd filelist etc from the 6.7 http/rsync repository if those are the packages you have in your channel repository.
e.g. if your kickstart distribution tree is /var/centos6
try
mv /var/centos /var/centos6-bak
mkdir /var/centos/
rsync -av --exclude 'Packages' rsync://uberglobalmirror.com/centos/6.7/os/x86_64/ /var/centos/
then resync cobbler as you did below e.g: cobbler sync
pxeboot again and you should be good.

Subject: [Spacewalk-list] Centos 6 Installation Error - missing packages
Hello list,
we got stuck on a Warning and an Error during automated installation of CentOS 6 after we have run packages_cleanup.sh on our Spacewalk 2.3 (and perhaps since CentOS 6.7 was released):
- Warning: Some of the packages you have selected for install are missing dependencies or conflict with another package. ... kernel-2.6.32-573.3.1.el6.centos.plus.x86_64 requires dracut-kernel >= 004-388.el6". Choosing Continue button helps at last, but is not nice.
- "Error: The file libxml2-2.7.6-14.el6_5.2.x86_64.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, a corrupt package or corrupt media. ...". The mentioned libxml2 rpm is indeed not available, when we try to download it with wget.
What we did so far:
- spacewalk-repo-sync
- cobbler sync
- regeneration of repo caches
We guess, that packages_cleanup.sh deleted libxml2-2.7.6-14.el6_5.2.x86_64.rpm, because it's not part of CentOS 6.7 any more, but anaconda still tries to install CentOS 6.6.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
