[Spacewalk-list] Switching the jabberd database to sqlite/pgsql

While SQLite is already better than the default BerkeleyDB, I'd suggest skipping SQLite and moving straight to PostgreSQL for the jabberd backend. For our installation (with around 75 clients) this has solved all OSAD instabilities, it's been running for several weeks now without any lost connections. Even with SQLite we never managed that.

Hi Avi,

Thank you for sharing this information. Although I did not yet had many problems with the jabber db, I heard it should be far better with SQLite.
