[Spacewalk-list] building a new spacewalk server then changing the name

Hi - we currently have spacewalk 2.4 running on a rhel6 server and built a new rhel7 server now running 2.7.Once everything is configured on the new server I would like to shut down the old one and bring up the new one with the old server's name and IP address.  Is there anything configured within spacewalk that would make this problematic?
