Hello Francis,

Where does your spacewalk client repo come from (baseurl)?
And where the key come from (gpgkey)?
If you download one of the packages and which key it's signed by?
E.g.
        yumdownloader yum-rhn-plugin
        rpm -Kv yum-rhn-plugin*.rpm
Do you have this key imported in rpm database?
        rpm -qa gpg-pubkey
