[Spacewalk-list] taskomatic jobs not running after upgrade from 2.6 to 2.9

I upgraded Spacewalk today from 2.6 directly to 2.9 (on OEL6) and all seems good except that taskomatic jobs aren't running. The Task Engine Status screen hasn't updated in hours and nothing is being logged to rhn_taskomatic_daemon.log except the startup messages:
