[Spacewalk-list] New to Spacewalk and Linux

Hi Avi,

Thanks so much for the information on Oracle Spacewalk. Since I have
installed Spacewalk 2.9 on an Oracle Linux box does this mean that it isn't
going to work or is it just if I use 2.7 spacewalk provided by Oracle it
will be supported? If I don't use an Oracle DB and instead use a Postgre DB
, I see it isn't supported. But does this mean the entire instance isn't
supported or the DB just isnt' supported? I'm just getting this setup to
see how it works on some test servers. I want to see how it works and if
it's something we are going to go forward with. POC (Proof of Concept).

I really need to know if this is the case if I should blow away the server
I setup and setup another using 2.7 spacewalk for Oracle.
