[Spacewalk-list] Repo sync progress bar not updating

Is this a known bug?  I cannot get the Sync Status to show progress on
the UI: Channel Repositories -> sync page.

I must tail -f the logfile to monitor progress which is ok but the
status bar works on my centos6/2.8 server.

Clean Centos 7.7.1908 install with updates
Fresh Spacewalk 2.9 install
