[Spacewalk-list] Packages listed as available to update, but no update done (Appstream/module issue for redhat8?)

Hello,

This is a know limitation of Spacewalk. It shows updates based only on
rpm version not taking modules into account. So if your RHEL/CentOS 8
client reports no packages to update but UI show some packages to update
the client is correct.
