Almost every time I see that it's a permissions issue or just need to restart taskomatic and let it's jobs finish.

Old related bug here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=516767

I end up doing this:

chown apache:apache /var/satellite/rhn /var/satellite/redhat/* && find /var/satellite -type f -exec chmod 0644 {} \;
&& find /var/satellite -type d -exec chmod 0755 {} \;

I'm sure I got that from a kb article years ago, but it all started for me when we had to change root's umask for PCI stuff. I then just prepended the umask commands to my syncs

Good Luck!
Judd

Hi All,
I?m trying to resolve an issue with spacewalk 2.7 where all of my channels are unable to update packages.
I select a server in spacewalk, and select the packages to upgrade, and confirm? Then I run rhn_check -vv from the target machine and get an error for every package that was to be upgraded like:
        E:Package binutils-0:2.27-41.base.el7_7.3.x86_64 is not available for installation.

I have verified that the packages really exist in the channel(s).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Dean
