[vfio-users] Advice on cpu pinning AMD FX 8350

All,

  I'm looking into any advice or gotchas that I should be aware of when
wanting to do cpu pinning with an AMD FX 8350. Considering the nature of
the cores, and how the cpu is laid out, is there recommendations on which
should be pinned, or any other settings to improve performance.
