Nope.  Disabled NX protect in the firmware, then booted up host and vm.
 Ran a few minutes of a graphics benchmark then shutdown the vm and got
nearly the same stack trace again, just a slightly different address
for the paging request.  Sill the message about the "NX-protected
page", so apparently disabling that in the firmware setup does nothing.
