Hi Andrew, 

Last night I was able to fully installed and updated El Capitan using the Clover test image and QEMU script provided on that thread. Did you see the clover option to boot the OS X installer?

But I still failed passing through my GPU onto the VM. I couldn't even resize the QEMU display and make the Clover Configurator operable since the screen was too small. Tried installing NVIDIA Web Driver and switched to it and restart, but still not working.
