[vfio-users] Stuck.. some troubleshooting help appreciated

How to check:
1. Dump the rom using sysfs.
2. Download and compile rom parser from aw's blog.
3. Execute it on the rom. If there is a second image, it is most likely an
efi driver.

About radeons:
Some of these cards have broken efi drivers, some not.
If there is no out-of-the-box driver and there's no vendor update you can
take the efi driver from hd6450's rom(google insanelymac forums) and
combine it with yours using efirom from edk2 tools.
Afair r7 270 is a rebranded card, so it is basically an hd7xxx series card.
I have an HD7750 for which i've crafted the rom using the method described
above.
