[vfio-users] Cannot fix Error 43 for GTX 680 passed through to win 10 guest

Blacklisted the nouveau module. Still getting Code 43 in the VM, even 
with a fresh install.

I am going for the hardmod by removing two resistors from the GPU and 
thereby hopefully converting it in a fake Nvidia Grid K2. Wish me luck.
If i brick the card i think i will go with a R9 380. And write a big 
'screw you nvidia' on my case...
