[vfio-users] Installing Catalyst prevents VM from booting.

Windows7 also supports UEFI so you can use OVMF firmware just fine.
People are not aware of this probably because its rare to see ISO with
UEFI support. I rebuilt ISO on my own to make win7 UEFI VM. So nope you
are not stupid :)
