Sorry, when I say disable the emulated VGA in this case, I mean in Windows
device manager, not removing it from the VM.  Quadro, GRID, and Tesla are
only supported as secondary graphics, so the VM boots on emulated and then
switches over to the secondary GPU when the Nvidia drivers are loaded.  But
like I said, I've never had access to a Tesla, so I don't know if you can
run a desktop on it or not.  TightVNC is what I often use for remote
access.
