[vfio-users] Linux 4.8.x

I looked at kernel.org and found that 4.8.4 is the most recent version of the kernel. I went to build it with the ACS
override patch and the i915 patch and found that they are not 4.8.x compatible. After searching for an updated patch, I
was left with no way to compile the kernel with the patch. Is there an updated patch for this kernel series or am I out
of luck?
