[virt-tools-list] domain-0 not showing up on virt-manager console

Domain-0 doesn't show up in the VM list with modern xen + libvirt, so it's
expected that you don't see it in virt-manager. Those screenshots from the xen
wiki are very out of date (fedora 13 timeframe)
