[zanata-users] Angika (anp) for FUEL Project

Thanks.

I tried translating fuel in Angika but didn't find the language Angika in the list. Please guide me how to do it. If need to be added please add here. 

my zanata user is 'sangeeta'

I've also added the Angika plural forms to Zanata's source code.  It
should be in Zanata 3.2.1.  (Unfortunately, adding new plural forms is
slower than it should be.)
