[zanata-users] CLI timeouts and errors

Hi Mike,

translate.zanata.org has been recently experiencing problems related to 
load and infrastructure, and this is why you are seeing these errors. 
We have some changes line up for next week, that will hopefully prevent 
some of these issues.

In the end, did you manage to pull your files from the server or is it 
still an issue?
