[zanata-users] How to use Zanata Webhooks

Hi all,

I set Zanata Webhooks to a project, but could not receive HTTP request when i translated.

Why？

And i found my seting UI is different from the zanata docs http://docs.zanata.org/en/release/user-guide/projects/project-settings/#webhooks.
