[zanata-users] How to use Zanata Webhooks

Hi Mr Yu,

The image in zanata doc is referring to latest released version of zanata.
Depending on the version you are using, it might look a bit different. You
can use https://requestb.in/ to set up a webhook tester. Just to check if
Zanata can send webhook to it. If it failed to send to it, then there is an
issue in Zanata. Otherwise there might be an issue on your webhook
receiver. Let us know how it goes.
