[zanata-users] Translating HTML files

Hello Robert,

which Zanata version you are using? In Zanata 4.3.3 I can upload HTML, 
translate things and download the language specific version, i.e.

https://translate-dev.openstack.org/rest/file/translation/file-check/master/de/baked?docId=Translating_HTML_files.html
