Hello Zanata Users,

I am not sure whether this is the appropriate mailing list to report this issue or not, so feel free to direct me to the right resources if it isn't.

https://translate.zanata.org <https://translate.zanata.org> has been offline for a while now. I searched for a related issue on Atlassian and all I could find was this one from April of this year: https://zanata.atlassian.net/browse/ZNTA-2801 <https://zanata.atlassian.net/browse/ZNTA-2801>

Is there anyone we could contact about this? Is there any way to follow reports on the server's health and status like other tech services like GitLab offer?
