About Customer-feedback | |
In an effort to improve the customer experience; we are creating a Customer Experience Council. The purpose of the council will be to address cross-functional customer satisfaction issues. The purpose of the email alias will be to solicit direct feedback from customers. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Customer-feedback Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.) |
