[Devtools] Development Suite installation question - C/O SME with knowledge of installer edits

Hi Pete and All,

I tried to validate the workaround, but wasn't able to replicate the
problem on my desktop.

If we don't find an internal user that can validate, we'll make a note when
the next customer case arises.
