abook with set show_cursor=true doesn't work

Hi, Aldo:

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

What I meant by "already included" is that the patch was now included in
the code you get when you do a CVS checkout. Previous to that you would
have had to patch after checking out.

But, this is not the same as "included in the current release," which it
certainly isn't as of yet.
