Konsole progress/any good alternatives?

Poking at this since I've been getting other KDE updates, aside from you 
is there anyone else I can contact to help with this as well since I 
don't get how that .cpp is set and what to look for. The last commit on 
that .cpp is 6 months ago, so do I need to nudge that issue to get 
something going if you're not able to?
