[Container-tools] Update on Openshift in Vagrant box

I have been trying to use the vagrant file (this has ansible playbook 
embedded it it)  in openshift-ansible  git repo [3]. However I got in to 
blocker on both CentOS7 [1] and Fedora 22 [2].

If you have any suggestion on it i.e.  how to overcome the issues let me 
know.
