[Ambassadors] Active/Inactive Ambassadors

[Francesco Ugolini]

Great idea, can we merge both solution in only one? I explain my idea: i
think it's a genius idea to create tasks, so we could know the
ambassadors activity, but for people that would forget (voluntary or
involuntary) they are part of the project i think we would have, first,
to alert them and then mark them inactive.
