Hi Martin,
Maybe you can try editing the followings files (htt.conf and host.allow).
In htt.conf, add the following lines:
AccessControl permit localhost
ListenAddress: localhost:9010
In host.allow, add the following line:
htt_server: localhost
Hopefully this helps.
