There _could_ be.  That is, there are appropriate sections within the
existing release notes, such as the Packages beat, that could have some
FE discussions.

OTOH, the beats are fluid.  If someone is interested in wrangling
content for FE as a beat writer, step up and take the reins.

It certainly makes sense to me that a section of the FC relnotes would
be devoted to FE.
