Clamav security update

The maintainer has responded and had actually sent the build requests
(2901 and 2902) late on Sunday.  ("plague-client list" has started
failing for me, so I didn't see the builds.  Mea culpa.)  If there's a
chance that these could get signed and pushed soonish, clamav users
would certainly be grateful.
